Highlight grew out of a consultancy business which advised customers like the Bank of England, Inmarsat and Disney on managing data network performance. Not easy, as it turned out: the available tools were clunky, expensive, and hard to use.
The basic concept for Highlight was formed:

Run in the cloud so it’s accessible to anyone with a browser
Easy integration with third party software via our API
Installing quickly with no capital cost
Monthly billing support for our partners and their resellers
Quite a challenge, but a very popular concept as it turned out. We grew by selling to enterprises through service providers, and we initially evolved our service to track the products they sold, moving with them from basic internet access, to VPNs and managed networks, to hosted applications and services.
CEO & Founder
Established netEvidence in 2000, rebranded to Highlight in 2016. Developed a SaaS focussed on performance monitoring that enables technical and non-technical personnel within the NSP / MSP market, and their customers to see clearly application and network services in a “single pane of glass”.
Joined in 2016, with a focus on scaling the business for rapid growth as the company enters new markets and territories. Having a global footprint of customers, Highlight as a Cloud based service is a powerful strategic fit for NSPs, MSPs, Carriers and their corporate customers.
Head of Service Delivery
With over 15 years of experience in management, service delivery and project management within the legal and healthcare sectors. Anthony is responsible for Highlight’s Cloud infrastructure, technical support and keenly focused on ensuring business critical continuity for our customers.
A proven record in the high-tech sector and leading and delivering strategic programmes, Martin is focused on defining, planning and executing the Highlight product roadmap. Ensuring the continuous enhancement and growth of Highlight in the market place, he brings over 15 years of expertise to the company.
Head of Development
With over 25 years in the High-Tech sector, deep software development experience in API’s, CRM Systems, Embedded firmware, Freeware, Low level hardware interfacing, Networking, Office Software, Realtime and Utility Software. Focussed on architectural design and implementation using the latest Agile techniques.
Head of QA
Driving Highlight’s Quality Assurance strategy and execution, Krish manages the QA team throughout the testing processes. With over 15 years’ experience in designing and developing software, his depth and breadth of understanding development processes now underpins best practice and quality for Highlight.

24 years of experience in the networking industry, and consultancy with the UK’s largest ISPs. Joined the Highlight team in 2006 as Technical Manager, moving onto Director of Operations in 2012. Now as an Account Manager, focussed on developing relationships and opportunities across UK partner accounts.
Global Accounts Manager
Managing strategic global accounts, Verizon and Telstra, enabling clients to overcome business challenges. Driving success through an experienced understanding of the business processes and challenges face by partners and their customers. Enabling trusted advisor relationships with over 15 years’ industry experience.
Channel Sales Manager
Managing the development of new and existing eco systems, having over 20 years of Channel Sales leadership. Building upon current platforms, improving processes, identifying growth opportunities and expanding relationships with those who have an increased need for Highlight.

A Bachelors (Hons) Degree in Mechanical Engineering, James has established a strong track record as a technical presales specialist at Highlight. A passion for technology innovation and problem solving, James provides expertise to both new and existing partners throughout pre and post sales engagement.
